On the platform
When you create a shop, Komerxe processes the data it needs to run: your account, your products, your orders, and the contact details your customers provide to be delivered.
- Merchants can export a customer’s data or anonymise it at their request.
- Win-back emails are only sent to customers who agreed to them, with an unsubscribe link.
- A shop’s advertising pixels only load after the visitor’s consent.
- Paid content is stored privately and served through links that expire.
- The database is backed up every day, encrypted.
