Payments

Get paid anywhere. The way your customers like to pay.

Your customers pay the way they are used to, in their own money. You count in yours, and the price shown is always the price paid.

In detail

What you get, and how it works

Mobile Money and card
Online payments go through Wajub and land in your own account, which you connect from the shop settings.
Cash on delivery, with a deposit
Ask for a percentage online, the courier collects the rest. Enabled zone by zone. If delivery fails, the stock is released and you keep the deposit.
Offline payment
Bank transfer or deposit: your instructions are shown to the buyer, and you mark the order as paid when the money arrives.
Thirteen currencies
You choose your shop’s currency among thirteen, and your customers see your prices and pay in theirs: XAF, XOF, NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR, MAD, CDF, GNF, EUR, USD, GBP or CAD. Rates are refreshed every day, and a rate that is too old stops the sale rather than letting you sell at a loss.
Phone or email
A phone number is enough to order a physical item. Your customers are recognised by their email or by their number.
Taxes
A rate for the shop, a rate per destination country, prices shown with or without tax. Tax is split line by line.
Order bump and upsell
One offer at checkout, another right after the purchase. The discounted price is computed by Komerxe, never by the browser.
Questions for the buyer
Once per order (“which floor should we deliver to?”) or for each item (“what name should we engrave?”). Translated, validated, attached to the products you choose.

To the last franc

The price shown is the price paid.

Tax, delivery, discounts, gift cards: every total is computed by Komerxe and identical from the product page to the statement. An unpaid order is never cancelled blindly: Komerxe checks with Wajub first.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the money from my sales go?

Into your own Wajub account. Komerxe does not hold your money.

What is the difference between a coupon and a gift card?

A coupon lowers the price of the goods. A gift card is money: it pays the total, after tax and delivery, and its balance is restored if the order is cancelled.

Can I offer cash on delivery in my own city only?

Yes. Cash on delivery is enabled zone by zone, and only shows when the order is really being delivered, not collected.
