What people ask us before they start
Is it really free?
Yes. The Départ plan is free for as long as you like: 30 orders a month and every selling tool. You move to a paid plan when your sales call for it.
How do I receive my money?
Online payments go through Wajub and land in your own Wajub account, which you connect to your shop from the settings. Komerxe does not hold your money.
My customers have no email address. Is that a problem?
No. A phone number is enough to order a physical item. An email is only asked for to receive a digital product, a course or a licence.
Can I sell to customers abroad?
Yes. You choose your shop’s currency, and your customers see your prices and pay in theirs, among thirteen currencies. For delivery, add a zone per country or one for the rest of the world.
I already sell on WhatsApp. What does this change?
You keep WhatsApp to talk to your customers. Komerxe handles the catalogue, payment, stock, delivery and follow-ups, which you send from your own number.
What happens if I go over my order quota?
Your shop stays online and keeps taking payments. To handle the orders beyond your quota, add a pack of 100 orders (4,000 FCFA) or change plan.
