Subscriptions and limits
What happens when a plan changes
- No direct debit.
- You pay for 3, 6 or 12 months, by Mobile Money or card. A reminder reaches you 7 days, then 1 day before it ends.
- Move up at once, down at the end of the period.
- A larger plan starts straight away: the time left on your period is taken off, at the price you paid. A smaller plan takes over at the end of the period paid.
- Back to the free plan
- Plan expired? You go back to Départ. Your products, your customers and your store stay online; what Départ does not include waits, and nothing is lost.
- Additional orders need an option or upgrade
- Customers can still pay. To prepare, ship or invoice orders beyond the quota, you need to add an option or change plan.
- 0 % Komerxe commission.
- Komerxe takes no commission on your sales. Only your payment provider’s fees apply.
Frequently asked questions
Your pricing questions
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. A larger plan takes effect straight away: the time left on your period is taken off its price, at the amount you paid. A smaller plan takes effect at the end of the period paid. A period paid is not refunded.
Why pay for 3, 6 or 12 months?
Three months is the base period. Six months cost 10% less; twelve months are paid as 10. Paying by the month is available on request: write to us.
Can I try a paid plan?
Yes, once per account, from the Départ plan: 7 days of Boutique, Pro or Business for 1,500 FCFA, 3,000 FCFA or 7,500 FCFA. The trial is not taken off the first period, which starts when it ends.
What is “file traffic”?
The weight of the course videos and sold files your customers watch or download. Your store’s pages and the checkout are never counted.
What if I go over my traffic?
Only hosted videos wait for an option or the next month. Downloads, audio, store pages and checkout keep working.
And if I go over my order quota?
Your store keeps taking payments. To handle the orders beyond the quota, add an option (100 more orders, 4,000 FCFA) or move up a plan: they are released at once.
What counts as an AI request?
A suggested text, a text translated: each request to the AI from your dashboard counts as one, and a message to the Komerxe assistant as 3. Translating your whole catalogue counts in words instead. A request that brings nothing back is not counted.
What does Business include?
Three of your stores under one plan, priority support on WhatsApp and a setup done for you. The stores it covers share the plan’s AI requests, photo retouches and WhatsApp messages.
Which currency do I pay my subscription in?
Your subscription is billed in your store’s currency when it is listed in the price grid; otherwise it is billed in US dollars. Use the selector to view prices. The billing currency is confirmed in the dashboard before payment.
